⚽  Eaglet Academy

For Boys & Girls Ages U3–U4
Birth Dates: September 1, 2022 – August 31, 2023
Cost: $95

Program Overview:

The FC Dulles Eaglet Academy is designed for boys and girls as an introductory course to soccer with a focus on: 

  • Basic movement and motor skills

  • Introductory dribbling & ball control

Sessions are led by trained coaches.

What’s Included:

  • 7 weeks of Saturday FUN Session (starting Sept. 6, 8:30–9:00 AM)

  • End-of-season closing ceremony and awards

  • Coaches trained in SafeSport and have passed background checks

  • TeamSnap account for communication and scheduling

  • FC Dulles practice t-shirt

  • VYSA Fee: $10

  • Fairfax County Field User Fees:

    • In-county: $10/player

    • Out-of-county: $50/player

  • Soccer Ball (take-home): $25

  • Extra FC Dulles Practice Shirts: $18 each

  • Player equipment: cleats (recommended), water bottle

Discounts:

  • 10% Early Bird (by July 31)

  • 20% Sibling Discount (applies to other REC/Grassroots programs only)

For Boys & Girls Ages U4–U6
Birth Dates: September 1, 2019 – August 31, 2022
Cost: $125

Program Overview:

The FC Dulles Micro Academy is designed for boys and girls of all skill levels. The focus is on fun, small-sided play in a social and supportive environment. Players will learn:

  • Basic movement and motor skills

  • Directional play

  • Elementary attacking and defending principles

  • Introductory dribbling, passing, and ball control

Sessions include 3v3, 4v4, or 5v5 games led by trained coaches.

What’s Included:

  • 7 weeks of Saturday REC Jamboree games (starting Sept. 6, 9:15–10:00 AM)

  • 6 weeks of Friday Free Play (starting Sept. 5, 6:00–6:45 PM)

  • End-of-season closing ceremony and awards

  • Coaches trained in SafeSport and have passed background checks

  • TeamSnap account for communication and scheduling

  • FC Dulles practice t-shirt

Program Overview:

The FC Dulles REC Academy introduces players to our official Grassroots Curriculum, with a focus on:

  • Dribbling, passing, and receiving

  • Shooting and finishing

  • Basic attacking and defending tactics
    Training follows the Play-Practice-Play format to encourage creativity and development through game-like situations.

Players meet three times per week for 7 weeks and will be evaluated for potential placement on future FC Dulles competitive travel teams.

What’s Included:

  • 7 weeks of Monday practices (starting Aug. 25, 6:00–7:00 PM)

  • 6 weeks of Friday Free Play (starting Sept. 5, 6:00–7:00 PM)

  • 7 weeks of Saturday REC Jamboree games (starting Sept. 6, 10:15–11:15 AM)

  • End-of-season closing ceremony and awards

  • Coaches trained in SafeSport and have passed background checks
