Coaches are the heart of our program—essential to delivering our curriculum and creating an environment where players can improve, have fun, and learn the values of sportsmanship, fair play, respect, and teamwork.

We're looking for parents who are great with kids, patient, and eager to learn and teach the beautiful game of soccer. No prior playing or coaching experience is required—if you're interested, we'll help you get started and support you on your journey to becoming a great coach.

Coaching in Our REC Program Includes:

• ✅ Free coaching education – We’ll reimburse the cost of approved Grassroots licensing courses.

• ✅ Game day polo and practice t-shirt provided.

• ✅ Support and mentorship from experienced coaches.

• ✅ Full tuition refund for your child*

• ✅ End-of-season social event with fellow REC coaches (based on availability).
