- Determine group of players and a coach. For 9 v 9 teams it's a good idea to have a minimum 12 players; for 11 v 11 teams- 14-16 players. If players available on the club's wait list the club can help place players and boost critical mass.
- Register the team. This will be done by a coach or team manager. Teams can pay in two payments: a $100 deposit due at initial registration and the balance due by 3/2. The team is responsible for collecting payment from their players. Players residing outside Fairfax County will be charged an additional $50/player for the out-of-county Fairfax County field user fee.
- The club will provide a link for players to register with the club through their team page.
- Coach's will be required to undergo a criminal back ground check and complete Safesport training and certification. Once completed, please submit a copy of your license to the club for fee reimbursement.
