The FC Dulles Travel Soccer Academy is an intensive, high-level, club-centric player development program designed for dedicated and driven athletes. Our mission is to develop technically proficient, tactically intelligent, and mentally resilient players in a competitive, supportive environment.
Talented players from across Chantilly and the greater Northern Virginia area come to FC Dulles to:
Learn and grow through our proven player development curriculum
Train under experienced, licensed coaches
Compete at the appropriate level of competition
Master our unique style and system of play
Most importantly, to develop a lasting love and passion for the game
Players are selected and invited to join the Academy through a structured tryout process. Coaches evaluate players based on several key criteria (not in ranked order):
Technical skill level
Game and spatial awareness
Growth mindset (willingness to learn, adapt, and overcome challenges)
Passion for the game and respect for coaches and teammates
Mental toughness and resilience
Coachability (ability to listen, apply feedback, and respond to guidance)
Consistent effort and full commitment at every practice and game
Selected players are placed on teams with player development as the top priority.
FC Dulles Travel Soccer Academy requires full-season commitment from players and families—from mid-June through the following mid-June. Being part of our program means dedication to the team, club philosophy, and the pursuit of personal and collective growth.
