Our mission is to teach, promote positive values- integrity, dedication, and respect-, and inspire the youth of our community to discover the passion and love for the beautiful game of soccer.

FC Dulles offers club-centric youth soccer programming for boys & girls ages 3-19 including FC Dulles Academy Travel Soccer (NCSL) starting at U9, Fall & Spring Grassroots REC soccer (in-house) for ages 4-8 years old (including pre-travel players ages U7 & U8), and participation in the SFL (REC) for players ages U10 & older.

Our curriculum is based on the US Soccer Player Development Initiatives, the US Soccer Grassroots Development Framework (4 v 47 v 7, 9 v 9, & 11 v 11), and the Play - Practice - Play practice format with an additional technical drill added to each session to work on the fundamental skills of passing, first touch, and taking defenders 1 v 1.  Please read FIVE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT PLAY-PRACTICE-PLAY for more information.

Our curriculum is deployed across all age groups and multiple programs from travel soccer to recreational soccer in order to support our style of play and player development philosophy.
